Our pet care providers will always clean up after your dog and dispose of waste properly. Owners are required to provide waste bags for their pets, but we also have backups on hand just in case.

Currently we have a 72-hour cancellation policy for Daycare and Boarding at our home because of space limitations. If the scheduled booking for a pet is cancelled within 72 hours of the beginning of the booking, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to the client's invoice. We also have a 30% cancellation fee for any in-home House Sitting service cancelled within 168 hours (one week) before the scheduled start of the service.

For any other service where we travel to clients' homes - as long as the service is cancelled before the pet care provider is on your property there will be no service charge. If the service is cancelled when a provider is already on your property, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to your account to cover travel expenses and the provider's time.

We require all Daycare and Boarding pets to be fully vaccinated and to have submitted valid vaccination paperwork by the start of their scheduled booking. 

If you are a client who only requests in-home services like walking, drop-ins and house sitting, there is no need to submit any vaccination paperwork. We only ask that you keep in mind that our pet care providers work with a large number of animals in a day. If your pet is particularly susceptible to or positive for any viruses or diseases, please let us know so that we can provide safe service.

No, we do not currently provide permanent live-in care for animals at clients' homes. We do provide overnight in-home care for a predetermined period of time with no current length restrictions and drop in care throughout the day. 

Yes! We do not charge any sales tax or hidden fees for the services listed on our website. The only fees we may charge are listed in the description of each service. These fees account for long distances our pet care providers may need to travel to provide services and any additional pets needing care during a single service.

Every dog is unique! We love all dogs and we do our best to assess which dogs we feel will thrive in our home environment. We do provide a questionnaire if your dog is particularly aggressive or anxious to assess the severity of their behaviors if you feel that they might be a hazard to other people or animals. If we feel your pet is able to improve upon those behaviors while staying with us, we will gladly set up a test night before any extended stays so that we can all get comfortable with one another.
